OPTIMIZATION OF THE TRANSMISSION POWER AND FREQUENCY-SPATIAL PLANNING ON THE RADIO NETWORKS WITH A STAR TOPOLOGY

The article considers an urgent problem of the multi variant joint optimization of the selection of transmitter powers and frequency- territorial planning at local and technological networks of radio communication with star-shaped topology and repeated use of frequencies. The authors invented the software for solving the given problem of optimization. To estimate of the optimization effectiveness of the optimization the researchers introduce the result of extensive computational experiments with the use of diverse models of networks with the star-shaped topology.
